Early registration fees are valid only for
registrations which are paid in full on or before April1st , 2008.
The higher registration fees will apply to any payment received
after May 15, 2008, regardless of when registration was
submitted. For registration after 15 May, 2008 please contact

A current valid id must be presented on-site at the Festival
Registration Area. If a valid ID is not presented, you will be
required to pay the participant registration fee to
participate.
What's included
for your convenience, we will
meet and assist International Festival participants inside the
airports upon arrival, and will provide both arrival and departure
ground transportation between the Cairo Airport / Queen Alia
International Airport, Jordan and the Festival Hotels. Jordan and
Egyptian participants are exempt and can make separate arrangements.

· Participant and Children
Registration: full daily scheduling in Egypt & Jordan as per
package chosen,
· Escorted Petra Day Trip for
Premium & Jordan Package participants: Deluxe coach
transportation to Petra, services of an English speaking tour guide,
horse ride, and lunch. Trip departs at 7:00 am and returns at 7:30
pm. Information on Petra is available at:

· Guest Gala Dinner Ticket: One
ticket to the Gala dinner in Jordan is included in the Premium and
Jordan registration packages. An additional ticket for your
guest may be purchased for $90.00

Cancellations
· 3rd International Yoga
Festival: Registration cancellations received on or before May
15, 2008 are entitled to refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee for
all packages. No refunds will be issued after May 15, 2008. No
refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being
used. Gala dinner tickets are non-refundable.
· Escorted Petra Day Trip:
Cancellations received on or before March 31, 2008 are entitled to a
full refund. Cancellations received after that date No refunds
will be issued
Refunds
All refunds will be made in US dollars. Refunds will
be processed in the manner in which the original payment was
submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at
the organizer's discretion, may be refunded via check.
Changes
Any changes to your registration must be made
online on or before May 20th, 2008. No changes may be processed via
telephone. Call us for assistance.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to preserving your
privacy. We use the information that you provide (name, address,
telephone number, credit card number, etc.) to process your order
and maintain our transaction records. The information will not be
used for any commercial or philanthropic purpose not directly
connected with or supported by Hermes Arabia without your consent.
